- No Refund Policy: Once 20% or more of the reading program content has been accessed or completed, no refund will be issued
- Course Progress Tracking: Student progress monitored through our online platform to ensure accurate refund eligibility assessment
Exceptional Circumstances & Discretionary Credits
- Medical Emergency Provisions: Documented medical situations may qualify for partial tuition credit toward future reading programs
- Family Crisis Considerations: Serious family emergencies evaluated on a case-by-case basis for potential credit arrangements
- Military Deployment: Active military personnel receive special consideration for program transfers or credits
- Academic Appeal Process: Students may request refund review through our student services department with supporting documentation
Credit Transfer & Program Flexibility
- Program Transfer Option: Students may transfer to different reading program levels within the same enrollment period
